3. Prices and shipping costs
3.1 Delivery in France
The prices indicated on the product presentation pages include VAT at the legal rate.
3.2. Delivery outside France
The prices indicated on the product presentation pages include VAT at the legal rate.
3.3 The VAT indicated on the site is 20% French legal rate, once registered and once your delivery address has been entered, the VAT rate will be updated like this:
- If you are located in the European Union, the VAT rate of your country will be applied.
- If you are located outside the European Union, we will not collect any VAT.
4. Delivery and postal delays
4.1 We deliver your order to the carrier in neutral and discreet packaging.
4.2 Our shipping times are 1 to 3 working days. We will inform you immediately by e-mail in the event of late delivery.
4.3 The customer is obligated to verify the applicable law in their country regarding the importation of products sold by Poppers Lovers. Poppers Lovers cannot be held responsible in case of confiscation of the merchandise.
If the package is returned to us by customs and its content is intact, the customer will be contacted via email, and a refund in the form of credit will be granted. The initial shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for any refund.
4.4 Any potential fees, including but not limited to, import taxes or additional delivery charges, that may be imposed by the customer's country or local postal service are solely the customer's responsibility, and Poppers Lovers cannot be held liable.
5. Payment
5.1. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express).
5.2 Payment can be made by bank transfer.
6. Right to retract
6.1. You can retract within 14 days without justification. This period starts from the delivery of the product. The retract should be sent to :

You are responsible for the cost of returning the products.
7. Legal warranty
7.1. The legal guarantee applies according to the legal provisions. The additional commercial guarantee is not affected.
7.2. We exclude our liability for negligence insofar as the essential obligations of the contract are not involved. The same principles apply to our constituents.
7.3 We take all necessary precautions in the packaging of your orders to avoid any risk of damage during transport. However, in the event of breakage during transport, please send us an email with the list of broken products as well as good quality photos showing the damage within 24 hours after receipt of the package. After this period, no complaint can be processed. You must include photos of the box showing the transport damage (the transport label must be clearly visible in the photos) as well as photos of the damaged products. The file will be sent to our carrier's insurance and we will provide you with an answer within a maximum of 6 weeks. Compensation will be in the form of a credit note valid for 12 months on our site on all products (excluding shipping costs). Please note that only the carrier "Colissimo Standard" offers a guarantee in the event of damage to the package, the carrier "Colissimo ECO" cannot be the subject of any complaint.
8. Final provisions
8.1. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions or any provision under any other agreement between us is or becomes void, the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions or other agreements will not be affected.
