Shipping your parcel
All orders from Poppers are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Past commands before 1 pm are shipped the same day. Any order placed after 13h will be shipped the next working day.
They are shipped via the position or globalrelay with a tracking number. If you wish to be delivered by a special carrier, do not hesitate to ask us, will make us all our best to ship your order with the carrier of your choice.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as shipping costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all your articles in one order. We can not group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to the packaging of your poppers.
Delivery is offered to the following destinations:

Packing your package
Our packages are all protected using bubble paper and calibration chips. For parcels greater than 5 kg, we use double spline cartons.
We take very seriously the discretion of your orders.
We guarantee you a discreet delivery at your home, at the office or relay parcel.
Your Poppers commands are shipped in neutral cardboard boxes without any sign, brand or content description.
For deliveries outside the European Union Regulation requires us to affix a customs declaration on your parcel mentioning the contents of the package. To guarantee your discretion we use the mention "incense" on the customs forms.
